Mocha Fudge Brownie Bars with Coffee Caramel Frosting

Ingredients

  • 67g tri-blend select coffee caramel protein
  • 2 cups mashed overripe banana (approx 6 bananas)
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup fine dark cocoa powder
  • 80g natural cream cheese
  • 20g natural almond milk yog
  • 1tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2tsp azera americano coffee
  • salted caramel popcorn

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius and line a square or rectangular baking tray with greaseproof paper

  2. Mash the bananas and combine with the peanut butter

  3. Add in the protein powder and cocoa powder and mix until combined

  4. Pour batter into your tray and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Cool completely before topping with frosting

  6. To make the frosting, blend all the ingredients except the popcorn together

  7. Spoon over the brownie pieces and top with popcorn

  8. Enjoy
