No-Bake Chocolate Covered Mini Doughnuts


  • 50g dates
  • 10g raw chocolate ( + 70g for coating )
  • 1 tsp açaí powder
  • 50g almonds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar ( optional )
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 10g pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp matcha
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar


  1. In a food processor, process the dates, chocolate, açaí powder, almonds, coconut oil & sugar, and peanut butter until a dough forms.

  2. Put the dough in the mini doughnut tray and stick it in the fridge to set.

  3. In the meantime, melt the chocolate over a bain marie.

  4. Put the pistachios, matcha powder and coconut sugar in a food processor and pulse a couple of times until crumbly.

  5. Remove the doughnuts from the tray, cover with chocolate and sprinkle with pistachio matcha crumbs.

  6. Store in the fridge.
