Pili Nut Cheese and Spinach Boreks
Ingredients
- 200g Pili nut cheese
- Gluten-free filo pastry sheets
- 1 kg cooked spinach
- 1 red onion, finely chopped and cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flax seed egg white mixture with lemon juice and sparkling water
Preparation
Take two filo pastry sheets and lay on a flat surface
Spread the egg white substitute with fingers or brush
In a bowl combine pili nut cheese, cooked spinach and red onions
Use salt and pepper to season to taste
Start spreading filling on the filo sheets
Once spread out, make a roll and spiralize into a bun shape
Do the same for the rest
Place them in the oven and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
