Pili Nut Cheese & Spinach Böreks
Ingredients

- gluten free filo pastry sheets
- 1 kg spinach (cooked) 1 red onion (finely chopped) cooked together

Take two filo pastry sheets and lay on a flat surface, spread the

Use salt & pepper to your taste to season
Start spreading filling on the filo sheets

Once spread out make a roll and spiralise into a bun shape
Do the same for the rest and once all are rolled place them into an oven to bake at 180° for 40 minutes
