Pili Nut Cheese & Spinach Böreks

Ingredients

  • 200g pili nut cheese (see the recipe)
  • gluten free filo pastry sheets
  • 1 kg spinach (cooked) 1 red onion (finely chopped) cooked together
  • salt & pepper
  • flax seed

Preparation

  1. Take two filo pastry sheets and lay on a flat surface, spread the

  2. In a bowl combine pili nut cheese, cooked spinach & red onions

  3. Use salt & pepper to your taste to season

  4. Start spreading filling on the filo sheets

  6. Once spread out make a roll and spiralise into a bun shape

  7. Do the same for the rest and once all are rolled place them into an oven to bake at 180° for 40 minutes
