Spicy Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower or half a large head
  • 1/2 cup flour or almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp water
  • dash garlic powder
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot hot sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Earth Balance

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Wash and chop cauliflower into florets.

  3. Combine flour or almond flour, almond milk, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make batter.

  4. Dip cauliflower florets into batter, let excess drip off, and place on a lined cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Heat hot sauce and Earth Balance.

  7. Dip baked cauliflower into sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.

  8. Serve with vegetables and favorite sauce or Greek yogurt mixed with Italian seasoning.
