Crispy Vegan Cauliflower Bowl with Salad

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, paprika, and water; mix well to form a batter

  3. Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and then in breadcrumbs

  4. Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of oil over medium heat

  5. Add the coated cauliflower pieces and cook until golden and crispy on all sides

  6. Serve with salad
