Crispy Vegan Cauliflower Bowl with Salad
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup water
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, paprika, and water; mix well to form a batter
Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and then in breadcrumbs
Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of oil over medium heat
Add the coated cauliflower pieces and cook until golden and crispy on all sides
Serve with salad
