Crispy Fried Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons flour or buckwheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon barbecue spice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 cup oil for frying
Preparation
Chop the cauliflower in small pieces.
In a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, paprika, water and mix well.
Dip the cauliflower pieces in the dough and breadcrumbs afterwards.
Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of oil, carefully add the pieces and cook until light-golden and crispy.
