Vegan Chocolate Ganache Cake
Ingredients
- 250g almond or coconut flour
- 5-7 tablespoons coconut sugar or other sweetener
- vanilla flavor drops
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons apple sauce (more or less)
- 7 tablespoons nut or seed butter
- 300g dark chocolate
- 250-300ml mylk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature and grease a cake pan
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond or coconut flour, coconut sugar, vanilla flavor drops, coconut oil, apple sauce, and nut or seed butter to form a batter
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake until fully cooked and a toothpick comes out clean
For the ganache, heat the mylk in a saucepan and melt the dark chocolate into it, stirring until smooth
Allow the cake to cool, then pour the ganache over the top and let it set before serving
