Vegan Chocolate Ganache Cake

Ingredients

  • 250g almond or coconut flour
  • 5-7 tablespoons coconut sugar or other sweetener
  • vanilla flavor drops
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons apple sauce (more or less)
  • 7 tablespoons nut or seed butter
  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 250-300ml mylk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature and grease a cake pan

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond or coconut flour, coconut sugar, vanilla flavor drops, coconut oil, apple sauce, and nut or seed butter to form a batter

  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake until fully cooked and a toothpick comes out clean

  4. For the ganache, heat the mylk in a saucepan and melt the dark chocolate into it, stirring until smooth

  5. Allow the cake to cool, then pour the ganache over the top and let it set before serving
