Vegan Salted Caramel Spiderweb Tart
Ingredients
For the base
- 350g vegan Oreos
- 125g dairy-free butter, melted
For the filling
- 250g thick ready-made vegan salted caramel sauce
For the topping
- 230g vegan dark chocolate
- 280ml dairy-free cream
For the spiderweb
- 40g vegan white chocolate
- 2 tbsp dairy-free cream
Preparation
Crush the vegan Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with the melted dairy-free butter.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch tart tin and chill in the refrigerator to set the base.
Pour the thick ready-made vegan salted caramel sauce over the set base and spread evenly.
For the ganache, combine the vegan dark chocolate and dairy-free cream in a heatproof bowl, heat gently until melted and smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
For the spiderweb, melt the vegan white chocolate with the dairy-free cream until smooth, then use a piping bag or spoon to create a spiderweb design on top of the ganache.
Chill the tart in the refrigerator until fully set, then serve.
