- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the @omnifoods.uk mince, @sainsburys breadcrumbs, sage and onion stuffing, @dopsufood pork style pieces, garlic powder, onion salt, and grated mozzarella.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Divide the mixture into four portions and form them into patties. You can freeze two of the patties for later use.
Refrigerate the remaining two patties for half an hour.
Heat a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the refrigerated patties until cooked through and browned on both sides.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the brioche buns by toasting them in a pan or toaster.
Assemble the burger by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each brioche bun.
Top the patties with baconaise, Skeeters Bacon BBQ sauce, red onion slices, Gouda cheese, and lambs lettuce.
For the corn ribs, sprinkle them with @deliciou maple bacon seasoning and roast them in the oven until they are cooked and slightly crispy.
Serve the Mozzarella Pork Burger alongside the corn ribs.
