Vegan Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits and Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 dl frozen or fresh raspberries and blueberries
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 dl vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp acai powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients until creamy and lump-free.

  2. Garnish and serve.
