Vegan Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits and Granola
Ingredients
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 dl frozen or fresh raspberries and blueberries
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 dl vegan vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp acai powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients until creamy and lump-free.
Garnish and serve.
