Açaí, Cacao, and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 x 100g packets frozen açaí
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger
  • Good glug of liquid (coconut water or milk)

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Banana slices
  • Dark melted chocolate
  • Brownie pieces (recipe on website)
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine frozen açaí, banana, peanut butter, walnuts, cacao powder, fresh ginger, and your choice of liquid (coconut water or milk).

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  4. Arrange your chosen toppings – blueberries, banana slices, dark melted chocolate, brownie pieces, and chia seeds – on top of the smoothie.

  5. Enjoy your açaí, cacao, and peanut butter smoothie bowl!
