Blackberry and Cacao Fibre Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 80g frozen blackberries
- 5 un-sulphured apricots
- Small handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2cm chunk fresh ginger
- 250ml unsweetened plant-based milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Serve and enjoy
