Blackberry and Cacao Fibre Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 80g frozen blackberries
  • 5 un-sulphured apricots
  • Small handful pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2cm chunk fresh ginger
  • 250ml unsweetened plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Serve and enjoy
