Cacao Ginger Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 banana
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 250ml plant-based milk
Preparation
Peel and pit the avocado, then cut it into chunks.
Peel the fresh ginger and cut a 2cm chunk.
Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
In a blender, add the avocado chunks, ginger chunk, banana pieces, cacao powder, mixed seeds, almond butter, and plant-based milk.
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
