Cacao Ginger Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 250ml plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Peel and pit the avocado, then cut it into chunks.

  2. Peel the fresh ginger and cut a 2cm chunk.

  3. Peel the banana and break it into pieces.

  4. In a blender, add the avocado chunks, ginger chunk, banana pieces, cacao powder, mixed seeds, almond butter, and plant-based milk.

  5. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
