Chocolate Mint Granola Breakfast Pot

Ingredients

  • Granola
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Splash of plant-based milk
  • Almond butter
  • Mint chocolate

Preparation

  1. Fill the base of the glass with granola.

  2. Blend 8 mint leaves, 1 small banana, 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds, 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt, 1/2 avocado, 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder, and a good splash of plant-based milk, ensuring enough milk is added so the blender works.

  3. Spoon the blended mixture into the glass.

  4. Top with almond butter, coconut yoghurt, granola, and a piece of mint chocolate.

  5. Add extra almond butter to enjoy licking the sides of the glass, and remember to savor the small moments.
