Chocolate Mint Granola Breakfast Pot
Ingredients
- Granola
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 small banana
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- Splash of plant-based milk
- Almond butter
- Mint chocolate
Preparation
Fill the base of the glass with granola.
Blend 8 mint leaves, 1 small banana, 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds, 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt, 1/2 avocado, 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder, and a good splash of plant-based milk, ensuring enough milk is added so the blender works.
Spoon the blended mixture into the glass.
Top with almond butter, coconut yoghurt, granola, and a piece of mint chocolate.
Add extra almond butter to enjoy licking the sides of the glass, and remember to savor the small moments.
