Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach
  • 2cm piece of fresh ginger
  • Splash of coconut milk
