Acai and Blackberry Smoothie Bowl with Fresh Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 3cm piece fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen scoopable acai
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- Splash of liquid
Toppings
- chia berry jam
- peanut butter
- almonds
- more yogurt
- dark chocolate drizzle
Preparation
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
