Acai Avocado Coconut Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 avocado
- Splash of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 x 3cm piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/3 cup scoopable frozen açaí
Toppings
- granola
- more coconut yoghurt
- cashew butter
- melted dark chocolate
- cherries
- raspberry
- chocolate chunk
Preparation
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings as desired
