Acai Avocado Coconut Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 x 3cm piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup scoopable frozen açaí

Toppings

  • granola
  • more coconut yoghurt
  • cashew butter
  • melted dark chocolate
  • cherries
  • raspberry
  • chocolate chunk

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings as desired
