Refreshing Blueberry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 80g oat yoghurt
- 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cm piece fresh ginger (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- splash unsweetened almond milk

Preparation
Blend the cacao smoothie ingredients: 80g oat yoghurt, 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and optional 1 cm piece fresh ginger.
Blend the blueberry smoothie ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, and a splash of unsweetened almond milk.
Pour both smoothies into a bowl at the same time and swirl to combine.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Top the smoothie bowl with blueberries, melted dark chocolate, almond butter, and banana slices.
