Refreshing Blueberry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 80g oat yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • splash unsweetened almond milk
  • blueberries
  • dark chocolate
  • almond butter
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Blend the cacao smoothie ingredients: 80g oat yoghurt, 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and optional 1 cm piece fresh ginger.

  2. Blend the blueberry smoothie ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, and a splash of unsweetened almond milk.

  3. Pour both smoothies into a bowl at the same time and swirl to combine.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate.

  5. Top the smoothie bowl with blueberries, melted dark chocolate, almond butter, and banana slices.
