Creamy Cinnamon and Cacao Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Splash of extra liquid if needed

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • toasted almond flakes
  • dark chocolate
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and cacao powder in a pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the porridge thickens.

  3. Add a splash of extra liquid if needed during cooking.

  4. Serve with toppings such as blueberries, toasted almond flakes, dark chocolate, and cacao nibs.
