Favorite Breakfast Smoothie Loved by Kids and Adults
Ingredients
- 4-6 bananas
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup oats
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp ground flax
- 1 cup unsweetened soy
- 1 cup chocolate soy
- 1-2 cups water (depending on if you like your smoothie thin or thick)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend and serve.
This makes 4-6 servings if using a 14 oz glass.
