Favorite Breakfast Smoothie Loved by Kids and Adults

Ingredients

  • 4-6 bananas
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy
  • 1 cup chocolate soy
  • 1-2 cups water (depending on if you like your smoothie thin or thick)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend and serve.

  3. This makes 4-6 servings if using a 14 oz glass.
