Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 medjool dates
  • splash of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • a couple shakes of cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Grind the ingredients together

  2. Place the ground mixture in a bowl

  3. Eat immediately

  4. Optionally pair with warmed berries and sliced banana
