Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 medjool dates
- splash of soy milk
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- a couple shakes of cacao powder
Preparation
Grind the ingredients together
Place the ground mixture in a bowl
Eat immediately
Optionally pair with warmed berries and sliced banana
