Chocolate Date Granola with Bananas and Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups jumbo oats (or any oats you have)
- 2 over-ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (cocoa is fine)
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp water
- handful chopped dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mix 1 tbsp ground flax with 2 tbsp water and let sit for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Combine all ingredients together.
Bake on an oven tray at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
