Pear and Sultana Baked Oats for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 100g pear, chopped, peeled & cooked
- 100g any yoghurt
- 1 tbsp dried fruit
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Mix everything into a bowl.
Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.
Serve for breakfast, snack or dessert with maple syrup or yoghurt (optional).
