Pear and Sultana Baked Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 100g pear, chopped, peeled & cooked
  • 100g any yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dried fruit
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Preparation

  1. Mix everything into a bowl.

  2. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.

  3. Serve for breakfast, snack or dessert with maple syrup or yoghurt (optional).
