Baked Pear Oats with Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 100g pear, chopped, peeled & cooked
- 100g any yogurt (e.g., soy yogurt)
- 1 tbsp dried fruit
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp boiling water
Preparation
Soak oats in boiling water in a bowl for 2 minutes.
Mix in all of the other ingredients, including the cooked pear.
Pour the mixture into a shallow oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment/paper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 4.
Serve hot or cold with toppings like maple syrup, yogurt, cream, custard, or more yogurt.
