Mince Pie Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 50g yoghurt
- 1 tbsp mincemeat
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 tbsp boiling water
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
Put boiling water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly.
Add all of the other ingredients and combine.
Pour the mixture into a shallow oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve on its own or with extra yoghurt. It can be eaten straight away or the following day cold or warmed up.
