Healthy Strawberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 50g plain or vanilla yoghurt (i use soya)
  • 50g chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4

  2. Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly

  3. Add all of the other ingredients and mix

  4. Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes

  5. Serve warm on its own or with extra yoghurt or maple syrup
