Healthy Strawberry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 50g plain or vanilla yoghurt (i use soya)
- 50g chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4
Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly
Add all of the other ingredients and mix
Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes
Serve warm on its own or with extra yoghurt or maple syrup
