Low-Calorie Vegan Cake


  • 400ml water
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 50g peanuts or peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dates
  • 4 pieces of dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ginger (optional)
  • cinnamon
  • cacao
  • toppings (whatever you want. i used):
  • frozen blueberries
  • cacao powder
  • sugar-free vegan choc drops


  1. Soak 2 tbsp psyllium husks in 400ml water, whisk and let it sit for 2h, so it gets a jelly-like texture

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute

  3. Put the mass in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 1h

  4. Throw the vegan cake from one bowl to another (so its upside down) and use toppings such as frozen berries, choc drops, banana slices etc
