Healthy Blackberry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g (1/2 cup) oats
- 2 tbsp plain or vanilla yoghurt (I use soya)
- 2 handfuls blackberries (or any fruit)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6.
Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly.
Add all of the other ingredients and mix.
Pour into a shallow oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm on its own or with extra yoghurt and maple syrup.
