Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 60g porridge oats
- 6 tbsp boiling water
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sweetener or sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
In an empty jam jar or any container pour the oats and hot water in it and stir so it thickens.
Once thickened, stir in the yoghurt, sweetener, syrup and cinnamon.
Pop a lid on it (optional) and leave in the fridge overnight.
Eat it as it is or drizzle over some milk or extra maple syrup.

Make this recipe before bed for a quick and easy breakfast straight from the jar.
