My Healthiest Ever Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 150g banana, mashed
- 100g oats, blended
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp stevia sweetener
- 4 tbsp sparkling water or sugar-free lemonade
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 200C/ 400F/Gas Mark 6.
Mash the banana by cutting it into chunks and putting it in the microwave for 1 minute so it goes mushy.
Put it in a bowl with all the ingredients and mix with a spoon until combined. Don’t over mix.
Put into a shallow oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment or paper and bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
