Vegan High-Carb Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 100g oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat your pan on low-medium heat and spray non-stick oil.
Blend the banana, oats, and soy milk in a blender and mix with the dry ingredients.
Cook the pancakes, flipping them halfway through.
