Banana Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed firm banana
  • Vegan chocolate square

Preparation

  1. Grind the oats into flour.

  2. Mash the banana.

  3. Mix the ground oats, baking powder, almond milk, and mashed banana together, or blend all ingredients in a blender.

  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

  5. Place the vegan chocolate square on top.

  6. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
