Zebra Pancakes with Chocolate and Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Toppings
- cashew butter
- raspberries
Preparation
Mix banana with almond milk in a blender.
Add the other ingredients and blend again.
Separate the batter and add cocoa powder to one batter and vanilla to the other.
Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat.
Pour both of the mixtures into the pan and bake on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Add toppings of your choice.
