Zebra Pancakes with Chocolate and Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • cashew butter
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix banana with almond milk in a blender.

  2. Add the other ingredients and blend again.

  3. Separate the batter and add cocoa powder to one batter and vanilla to the other.

  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat.

  5. Pour both of the mixtures into the pan and bake on each side for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add toppings of your choice.
