Vegan Gluten-Free Mini Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings
- Toppings of choice
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth batter.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan.
Put the batter in a piping bag and carefully pipe small pancakes into the hot pan.
Flip them quickly, otherwise they burn.
Serve the mini pancakes with toppings of choice.
