Vegan Gluten-Free S'mores Waffles
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (any nut butter works)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (use vegan to keep the recipe plant based, I like @nuzest_usa)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp arrowroot flour (can sub cornstarch)
- 2 tsp baking powder
Add-ins
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (vegan version: @mydandies)
- 1/4 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed vegan graham crackers (I used @kinnikinnickgf)
Preparation
Mix everything together in a bowl besides add ins
Fold in the add ins
Heat and grease a waffle maker
Add batter, makes about 3 mini waffles total or 1 big waffle
Cooked according to the timer on the waffle machine
Add toppings

Use a mini waffle maker as it hasn’t been tested in a regular waffle maker yet
