Vegan Gluten-Free Mini Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix buckwheat flour, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, oat milk and apple cider vinegar in a blender until smooth.

  2. Preheat your waffle iron and add a little bit of coconut oil.

  3. When the oil is melted, transfer a little bit of the batter into the iron, to make little waffles.

  4. Repeat until you used all of the batter.

  5. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave.

  6. Cover half of the mini waffles with the melted chocolate and let them rest for at least 20 minutes before serving.
