Vegan Gluten-Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp. unsalted Flora Plant
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Toppings
- fresh fruit
- peanut butter
- date pieces
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl until smooth batter.
Heat Flora Plant in a frying pan and cook two pancakes at a time.
Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.
Add your favorite toppings and serve.
