Vegan Gluten-Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp. unsalted Flora Plant
  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Toppings

  • fresh fruit
  • peanut butter
  • date pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl until smooth batter.

  2. Heat Flora Plant in a frying pan and cook two pancakes at a time.

  3. Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.

  4. Add your favorite toppings and serve.
