Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
Toppings
- fresh fruits
- tahini
- cocoa nibs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl until smooth batter.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry two pancakes at a time.
Cook each pancake for about 3 minutes per side.
Stack them, add your favorite toppings, and serve.
