Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • 100 grams buckwheat flour
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 scoop vegan protein
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. cacao powder

Toppings

  • fresh fruits
  • tahini
  • cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and bake two pancakes at a time.

  3. Let them bake for about 3 minutes per side.

  4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
