Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 100 grams buckwheat flour
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. cacao powder
Toppings
- fresh fruits
- tahini
- cocoa nibs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl until smooth.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and bake two pancakes at a time.
Let them bake for about 3 minutes per side.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
