Thick Chocolate Sauce for Dipping Fresh Fruit
Ingredients
- 500ml soy milk
- 4 tbsp of chia seeds
- 3 tbsp of cocoa
- 2 big tbsp of nut butter
- sweetener to taste (like erythritol)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and heat until the nut butter melts and the sweetener dissolves.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, whisk until smooth, and place it in the fridge to cool.
The sauce will thicken into an indulgent delight due to the chia seeds and fiber from the cocoa powder.
Optionally, grind the chia seeds first for better absorption or to enjoy a different texture.
