Psyllium Husk Vegan Jelly Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 400ml water
  • Toppings (frozen berries, chocolate drops, banana slices, etc.)

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 tbsp psyllium husks in 400ml water, whisk, and let it sit for 2 hours to achieve a jelly-like texture.

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Invert the vegan cake from one bowl to another to turn it upside down.

  5. Add desired toppings like frozen berries, chocolate drops, banana slices, etc.
