Psyllium Husk Vegan Jelly Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 400ml water
- Toppings (frozen berries, chocolate drops, banana slices, etc.)
Preparation
Soak 2 tbsp psyllium husks in 400ml water, whisk, and let it sit for 2 hours to achieve a jelly-like texture.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Invert the vegan cake from one bowl to another to turn it upside down.
Add desired toppings like frozen berries, chocolate drops, banana slices, etc.
