Zebra Chocolate and Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • cashew butter
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Put the ripe banana in a blender with the almond milk and mix it into a puree.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

  3. Divide the batter into two and add the cocoa powder to one of them.

  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.

  5. Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.

  6. Make a stack, add your toppings and voilà.
