Zebra Chocolate and Vanilla Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Toppings
- cashew butter
- raspberries
Preparation
Put the ripe banana in a blender with the almond milk and mix it into a puree.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Divide the batter into two and add the cocoa powder to one of them.
Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.
Make a stack, add your toppings and voilà.
