Vegan Gluten-Free Mini Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until a thick batter.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan.

  3. Put the batter in a piping bag and pipe small pancakes into the hot oil.

  4. Flip them quickly, otherwise they burn.

  5. Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit and Sovegansofine chocolate paste.
