Vegan Gluten-Free Red Velvet Pancakes
Ingredients
- 175g oat flour
- 80ml almond milk
- 2 cooked red beetroots
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 chia eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- coconut yoghurt
- granola
- shredded coconut
Preparation
Blend the cooked beetroots with almond milk until pureed.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.
Stack the pancakes, add toppings, and serve.
