Quick Vegan Banana Chia Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
Toppings
- @beleaf yogurt
- fresh raspberries
- pistachios
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a kitchen machine or blender.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat this until all the batter is used.
Finish with the berry yogurt from @beleaf, fresh raspberries, and pistachios. Enjoy!
