Quick Vegan Banana Chia Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • A pinch of salt

Toppings

  • @beleaf yogurt
  • fresh raspberries
  • pistachios

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a kitchen machine or blender.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Repeat this until all the batter is used.

  4. Finish with the berry yogurt from @beleaf, fresh raspberries, and pistachios. Enjoy!
