Easy Vegan Salted Caramel Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 200 ml almond milk

Caramel sauce

  • 8 dates
  • a pinch of salt
  • water as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, banana, and almond milk in a blender and add extra sweetener if desired.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry small pancakes until the batter is used up.

  3. Make the caramel sauce by blending dates, salt, and water in a food processor until creamy and thick, adding more water if necessary.

  4. Stack the pancakes and top with the caramel sauce, then garnish with additional dates and nuts.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
