Homemade Vegan Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (100g)
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 4 cups water (1L)

Preparation

  1. Place the rolled oats in a blender.

  2. Add salt to taste and the pitted dates for sweetness.

  3. Add the water and blend on high for 1 minute.

  4. Double strain the liquid into a medium-sized container using a cheesecloth-lined strainer.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.

  1. Homemade oat milk is healthier and more affordable, containing only natural ingredients.
