Pumpkin Spice Flax Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 C water or plant milk
- 2 TBSP @o3superfoods flax butter
- 1/2 C pumpkin purée
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 frozen bananas
- pinch of salt
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Purée until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and top with flax seed, pumpkin seed and pumpkin granola if desired.
Tips
Flaxseeds are incredible for you and their nutrients are most easily absorbed when ground, such as in flax butter.
