Blue Spirulina Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C water or plant milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 TBSP flax seeds
  • 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1/4 C fresh mint
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C frozen blueberries
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy

  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with extra flax seeds and blueberries if desired
