Blue Spirulina Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 C water or plant milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 TBSP flax seeds
- 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1/4 C fresh mint
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with extra flax seeds and blueberries if desired
